If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange within thirty days from purchase. Merchandise returns must be authorized by a ReBorn Tools representative before being returned. Any merchandise returned to us that has not been authorized will be refused. All returns must be carefully packaged in the original box (or equivalent) and be in saleable condition to be accepted. ReBorn Tools has the right to refuse or reject any refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Discontinued items, special order items, or items not purchased from ReBorn Tools are not allowed for return or exchange. Restocking fees of 25% may be charged at the discretion of ReBorn Tools and/or its manufacturers. All returns are subject to inspection before credit is issued. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
